Magnecor 8.5mm+ performance wires for W210
If anyone is interested. Contact Steve at Magnecor for a whole new set of high-performance(8.5mm) or racing wire(10mm). He will know exactly what you need.

How much better performance does the Magnecor offer over OEM wires?? Is it worth it??
I am more familiar with the upgrade for Japanese cars where in a four-banger, it is a good improvement over OEM. Would this be the same for a Benz?

The only immediate "improvement" was that the the car picked up alot better on the bottom end. I have yet see how far my mileage is going, since I'm still on the same tank.
One thing for sure is that I lost the engine noise that I had with my stereo system.
Another benefit IMO is that with the Magnecor wires, it's 2000% easier to get to the plugs. The OE are almost impossible to get to.
