E320 Lorinser suspension/wheels question

E320 Lorinser suspension/wheels question
This is a GREAT board...learning lots from people here.
I just bot a MB lease return, a 2000 E320 Lorinser wagon. Everything looks great except the previous owner took off the Lorinser wheels so i need to get new replacements(stock whees/tires on currently). Visually, it looks like the car has the entire aero kit as well as the exhaust.
Also, it looks like the car is lowered an inch(though it stilll feels soft to me vs. my stock Lexus SC400), but my concern is that sometimes when I go over dips, I hear scrapes that sounds like a tire rubbed against the wheel well.
My questions are 1)do I need new shocks? 2)Shall I get 17" or 18" wheels? 3)Do I need sway bars?
I don't really wants this car to be as stiff as a sports car, but at this point, it still leans quite a bit and doesn't handle as well as my SC400 w/ stock 16" wheels/tires.
I would very much appreciate everyone's input.
