I was looking mainly at lips and not bumper replacements plus I wanted to know if there was an AMG body kit. Are these kits fiberglass or urethane?

There is no AMG add-on kit because all of the parts: front and rear bumpers and side rockers are different. The best looking add-on kit in my opinion, is the one made by Carlsson. You may be able to find it at www.carlsson.de. Brabus is always nice but I am uncertain if they have an add-on kit or just the complete swap. Good luck and post some pics. after your upgrade.

The AMG E55 kit which also comes on the E-Class Sport Package is very nice. The rear comes in two versions - with and without AMG muffler cutout.
