I'm picking up a 99' E320 (got an unbelievable deal on the car), and I want to get wheels/tires (prefferably 19s, but will do 20s), suspension (prefferably coilovers or air suspension), bodykit, roof/trunk spoilers, etrc...

for coil overs get the KWv2's, i heard their good but they run about $2K. as for the wheels, 19 would be as far as i would go. i bought Mandrus milleniums for mine, staggered.

yeah I had KW V2s on my last car I built. And yeah, 19s is what I want, but if I score an amazing deal on 20s, i will run them for a while.
