gravity reading, and if you know how, check the voltage under load. at the very least,
replenish fluid (distilled water), and then trickle charge overnight with 10 amp charger.
several days with 1 amp charger. you get the picture. report back
causes of the symptoms you describe, you're just setting folks up for pure
speculation.
verify that the car battery is fresh and of sufficient capacity to start the car
and support the appliances and we can go from there.
quite a bit of the time, people come here and say 'i checked the battery and
it's fine' but that, at face value, is an opinion and not a diagnostic description
of how such a conclusion has been verified.
so how was battery health verified for both car's primary battery, as well as
the Smartkey battery?
(skip the load test and at least proceed with the others suggested)
If batt voltage is less than ~11.0-11.5V its not going to crank.....If less than 12V re-read what Raymond said.
the fluke meter. but when on the road, this can be very useful.
