Fuel line breakage.

'96 W210 E230, ' 01 Mitshubishi Pajero 4x4, '01 Honda Accord, '00 Mitshubishi Strada 4x4
Fuel line breakage.
I just bought a 14-yr old 1996 e230 a week ago. The car is fine except for the following:
1. Rear power windows don't work
2. passenger side mirror doesn't work
3. sagging headliner
I had the car detailed (exterior, engine and interior). It cost me around $110 for everything. Then the shop called me around 9 in the AM and told me to go see 'em because something was wrong and it was best I go there right away instead of them explaining the problem on the phone.
So I go there and guess what? The hose from the fuel filter broke (14 years) and spew gasoline all over the shop floor. I panicked (since the MB dealership/ shop was a good 500kms away (I live in the Phillipines - 1,600 islands) so I thought I was in a pickle. Good thing we found a replacement hose for that. I was thinking I'd fly a technician over and spend $$$$.
I only spent around $1.50 for the fuel hose.
Hope there won't be any issues after this.
