Vibration when idle in reverse and moving backwards

Hi guys

recently I just started experiencing vibration in the whole car when I put it in reverse. Few days ago I drained about 4 quarts of oil and replaced it with oem fluid I did not have any problems before or after untill today.

Today I let someone drive. And while not coming to a complete stop they put it park. The car lunged forward a bit... My gutt dealing tells me it has something to do with that.

Also today on the highway I went to give it a lot of gas and the car as usual always does this. It always seems to take a quick second rev up and then car goes fast. Well in between that second I had let go of the gas and then pressed a little and it seemed as if the transmission got confused because it seemed as if went to neutral. And I duplicated this 2 years ago as well. I haven't reset the transmission module. But what do you guys think. I am thinking it has something to do with the first problem. Maybe transmission mounts? Flex disc? Motor mounts. I hope it's something simple

thank you
