My 1999 E430 has excessive play in the steering wheel. Is there an adjustment for this? I can see the box and rack connection from underneath. There is a little clear rubber cap over a hole in the rack. I am concerned about removing it as it seems fluid could leak out....
Can someone point me to the adjustment procedure if there is one?
