rear "diffuser" for the w210?

rear "diffuser" for the w210?
i have been looking for what Carlsson calls a "rear diffuser" which is like a small protruding rear trunk spoiler, its like a small lip for the back trunk. i have seen them for sale for the c-class, but not for the e-class. has anyone seen one? thanks!
