My EGR (P0400) Saga!... And Help Needed!

It did not solve the problem. And now a gremlin has appeared in that the command module is intermittent on communicating.
Also had a code for the ignition module bounce in. Not sure what I can do seeing as the car has to be inspected for emissions here in Penn. I can get a waiver in that I have more than $200 into it at this point.
The only other symptom is a SRS warning light every now and then when I have a passenger in the front.

The dealer, yes I broke down and decided it could not hurt at this point, believes the issue may be the secondary airflow sensor. He was of the opinion that the 400 Code is a generic code that can come from any part of the emissions system.

As an update the dealer did finally resolve the problem.
After replacing the EGR valve and the tubes they inspected the harnesses and were worried that the ECU was failing.
The tech spent at least two weeks with car and finally traced the problem to a power relay that serves both the EGR and secondary air injector.

Better sollution: buy egr emulator, install it and problem must gone.
