Unhappy E320 Electric Mirror Disassembly

Hello you guys!
Last year I bought a second hand E320 98 Elegance, but now I'd like to change the mirrors (one of them is because I broke). I saw many topics about disassembly, but everyones(like this) was about mirrors that has a spring to return the body of the mirror. My car has an electric system to return the mirrors to the work position, not a spring.
Could someone help me to disassembly them and replace the mirror?

Thanks,
TONI

i'm guessing you do not own a north america model and have folding mirrors, yes?
if this is the case, why not fold the mirror and look through the opening for the
spring loaded wire latch to remove the plastic cover? I believe the cover latch
remains the same as non-folding design.

Right again!!!

Thanks a lot for the reply Raymond!
You was right! After 30 minutes understanding the mechanism I figured out how to open it!
So simple as the other models, but the spring that hold the plastic cover is deep inside the cover (something about 8cm from the border of the mirror) and harder to remove... but my screw driver had a big body =)
Thanks again! PROBLEM FIXED!

glad to hear of your success. so your mirror uses a similar wire spring but it
is set deeper into the mirror assembly as the one shown in the video?
