Any ideas where a loose bolt would come from. It dropped on my wife's left foot as she was pulling out of a parking space. Bolt is about 1/2" long, aluminimum colored with a brass colored washer on it. about 3/8" diameter. Can't see anything obvious in the footwell under the driver's dash. there is 1 access hole in the plastic covering near the emergency brake, and of course the slits where the pedals are. But this bolt looks to be more substantial then a screw that holds the dashboard up.
