Yellow mirror on driver side
Hey guys, my mirror is yellow. Is there any way to fix this (without buying a whole new mirror)? I'm guessing the sensor is bad.
Thanks

My driverside mirror is gold and the passenger blue. I think that's how they are. Although I wish I had the blue on the dirverside...
Anyone know why this is?

There is nothing wrong with your mirrors. The yellow glass means that your mirror is auto dimming, the blue glass means that it is not. Auto dimming is only avail. on the drivers side as the passengers side is too far to blind you...

Yes, it is yellow all of the time because of the auto dimming feature. It just gets darker yellow at night when a bright light hits it, at least mine does.

Yellow colored auto dimming mirror glasses were used by mercedes for the middle east...in europe we have the regular colored dimming glasses like on the pass side...
