Is this Bulb or LEDpanel problems

I have searched the forums and cannot find out if this (Left (temp) and Right (time)) is 2 broken bulbs behind the panel or the feared LCD malfunction.

In Europe we have 30kph and 50kph zones in suburban areas. There's this orange mark at 30 and 50 on our speedometers. If you keep the needle there you won't get stopped- or flashed for speeding.

Thanks for the bulbanswer.

Tools to remove the cluster? Is it same procedure as in the W123, W124, W126, W220 i have removed those with wirehangers before, will that work with the W210?

many members have made their own tools using wirehangers. I tried it but didnt work for me. I went to the dealer and got the tools for less than $10
should be the same procedure, just insert the wirehanger right and left, then rotate it to catch the lip on the cluster then pull evenly on both sides.
