Head rest

Recently bought a 1999 E430. I like it. Besides needing to replace the radiator, the driver side head rest doesn't work. Any ideas??

Thanks in advance

Does it move at all when you move the seat forward or when using the memory functions or when disconnecting/reconnecting the battery?

Driver's Side head rest

No, it won't move at all. It is stuck in the up position, which is kind of bothersome. I tried letting the seat all the way back after moving it completely forward, but no luck. I tried feeling for a manual btton, but couldn't find one. Any ideas out there?
