Stalling Issue

I have recently purchased a used 2000 E-430 4 matic which seems to be in mint condition with 107K on it.
This car is usualy parked outside in the cold and has a problem I cannot figure out.
When the car is started first thing in the morning (expecially when real cold) it runs about a 60 secconds then dies and will turn over but not start. Allow the car to sit about 5 minutes then it starts and runs fine all day.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!!!

Stalling of many sorts has been traced to the MAF and CPS. I can't say that this is the source of your problem, but if neither of these sensors has been replaced previously it would be smart to go ahead and replace them.

They are inexpensive, and if you are not all thumbs, a relatively simple DIY.

Any leads on where to get these parts and basic instructions on where they are and how to swap them?
