Brake Lining Sensor(s)

I just pulled all four wheels and the front pads are pretty thin, the rears look pretty good.
1. How many lining sensors are there? I count only two on the front calipers.
2. When the sensors are replaced at the same time the pads are, does the "brake lining" warning automatically reset? Or do you have to manually reset the FSS display?
3. Also, how thin does the pad have to be to set off the warning? I did not take mine apart, I only inspected the pads. The fronts are definitely worn to 50% or less thickness. The rears are worn down about 20%.
Thanks,
Rob Lee

Also, the partsamerica.com site lists one sensor for each wheel. I couldn't see the rear sensor locations. Can someone help here?
Thanks,
Rob Lee
Each corner of the car has a sensor. I beleive the sensor itself is fairly cheap. 8-12$ each. Yes, the rear has them too.
