Good quality xenons for w210?

What are your thoughts on these headlights? I know the cheaper ones are supposed to be complete junk unless modified, but this could possibly be a quality product. It says they are for right hand drive cars. Does this mean they dont direct light in the correct manner to be safe on US roads on a left hand drive car?
