Anyone here have any issues with Frank's Mercedes in Henderson, NV? Have to replace a radiator on the E class.

I used their store on Decatur a couple time and had problems with their work. Had to take the car back a couple times to get it their mess up fixed. Ultimatey the parts failed and I took it to European Service Center around the corner from Franks in Henderson and they fixed it. Franks used cheap parts and the mechanic did not know what he were doing. Call European Service Center 702-564-2159. Good Luck.

Did you take it to European Service Center? What did you have repaired?

 

Yes I took it to European Service Center, had the radiator replaced.

It only cost $565.00, Frank's wanted $865.00, MB dealer wanted $1460.00 for the same repair.
In some defense of Frank's, they did have a 3 year warranty, MB and European only 1 year.
