Turn Signal/ High Beam Light

Hello, I've looked everywhere in here and the other forum but couldn't find the right solution to my situation.
I've also looked in the stickies... Pls H.E.L.P....thanks

My turn signals are NOT working (got a ticket on it yesterday), the Hazzord flasher works though.
High Beam doesn't come on when the combo switch is pushed towards the engine, but will come in if hold towards the driver.

What do I need to replace to correct this???
is it the multifunction switch OR the turn signal relay/module inside the engine.

please let me know what I need to get and the best place to get it from..thanks!

have you checked your fuses in the engine bay, under back seat, or drivers side dash??? Check those first

Did you ever check out the relay? I believe it's located in the rear section of the fuse panel box under the hood. Remove screws to remove the cover.

UPDATE....
I was told that the '96 model don't have the turn signal relay...but that is not the problem with my car, the 97 and later has the relay.
My mechanic said the problem is the high beam switch (module), which is located under the dash.
when you wiggle it to one side the high beam works and when you wiggle it to the other side the turn signal works.
he's going to change the module tomorrow and I hope to be smiling by tomorrow evening...I'll keep you updated...
