THANK YOU OHLORD I had misfires on 5 6 7 8 on my 97 e420... it was driving me nuts you said clogged cat and you were absolutely spot on in fact one was plugged and the other was partially plugged.... the car has more power than ever it's scary....when i got it they said it was an amg model but it was so gutless I did'nt believe it but now i'm thinking it might be ... thanks again

Dont take me as the ******* in this horrific news man, but......... your car isn't an AMG. It's a attempted robbery by the stealerships to make folks think they're getting more! Do some simple research on amg models and it will become clear. I'm sorry to break the news brother. Amgs got there name for a reason!!! They're freakin demonic beasts, among mortals!

i got it used ... basket case... i traded a 1963 corvair for it .....only had it a couple of months and have only been able to drive it for less than a week...it's got amg wheels on it ... i will do the research like you suggested and see what i come up with....all i know is i have never had a 4 door sedan that moved as well as this one does...but i never had a mercedes before...
