01 E430 Brakes Seem Heavy

I have owned my 2001 E 430 since new, and now have 115K miles . I have noticed that the brakes seem "heavy" (all for a better description). I replace the rotors and brake pads about 7Kmi ago, and fluid was flushed about 30K ago)but have noticed that the brakes do not slow the car like they used to. Could it be time for a caliper rebuild? Footnote: Have been driving a new C300 Sport recently and the brakes are magnificent on it. Could it also be a 10 yr old car vs and new car braking?

My brakes are great. Check on the brake booster and vacuum lines.

Could be psychological (comparing the new/old cars) don't forget the E430 weighs a bit more than the C300. I'd have a look at the entire system.
