Lamp Malfunction, shed some light on my situation?

Hey guys, need some quick answers. Had to replace the fog lights, license plate lights and now im stumped. The light malfunction light will not seem to turn off. I have checked every single light on the outside of the chassis including rear fog light which I was sure that it was what the problem was. SOO the big question is i have 1 light bulb that seems to be out behind the cluster as well as the instrument panel does not illuminate when driving lights are turned on, could there be a fuse problem? I do not have the tool to check them and they dont LOOK blown. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

only external lights are part of the bulb monitoring circuit.

doesn't really do much to help us isolate the problem for you if you haven't
identified which bulbs you *did* check. to say, generically, 'i checked every..."
isn't technically descriptive.

using the SEARCH feature might get you more specific help as this is a
common question. so, here is a lead from which you can work from

as you proceed through each of these bulbs, it is important that you verify
voltage supply so either plan to swap out bulbs (e.g. left for right, etc), or
use a simple volt meter. $10 on up.

Yea i was already thinking about investing in that piece of equipment, so basically if any light drops below an X amount of voltages it will say lamp malfunction then. Thanks for your help anyways though, much appreciated.
