I actually got my Cls55 from them at a real good price. They knew nothing about my car, but I was able to get a good 7 year warranty from them that allows me to take it to them or MB

Good to know you have a choice to take it to MB dealership...
How much did the 7-years warranty costs you?
Also, is it really true that they will not negotiate the price?

The price listed is what you pay, so you have to make sure its a good deal.
The warranty was $2800 for 7 years or 100,000 total miles.. My car had 54,000 on it when I bought it. I could have got the warranty for 125,000 total miles for more money but I really don't drive that much.. Most of the guys that buy their aftermarket warranties for my type of car were paying $5000+ so the carmax warranty saved me at least $2000.

You got a great deal on the car and the extended warranty package...especially the fact that you can bring it to MB to have things fix.
