I have a set of Zepter 114.3 on 5 (5 on 4 1/2) wheels that I love. They came off a 92 Mazda 929 with perfect fitment. I sold the car and now have a 97 Mercedes E420, Eibach Pro-kit front and rear, lowered 1.6 or a little more, stock wheels and tires (225 or 235/55/16). This car has a 112mm on 5 bolt pattern. I want to keep these wheels and mount on the Benz.
Can it be done? Adapter plates? Hardware swap? The Zepters are 17 inch, 8" front and 9" rear, with 35mm positive offset front and 43 mm positive offset rear.
The car had 19 inch Lowenhart LS1's before I got it, and looks like it had a mild roll to the top of the inner fenders.
These wheel have the split five spoke, wide chrome lip and inner "riveted look". Very lightweight and good looking wheels. I think they would look sharp with my lowered stance.

Hmmm...I've never come across bolt adapters for 5x114.3 to 5x112. (I've seen 5x100 to 5x112 or vice versa, can't remember which way they went.) Don't think it's going to happen, sorry. Your best bet is probably to sell those wheels and just get a set of 5x112 wheels for your E-class.
Might want to ask this in the Wheel & Tire Forum, Luke @ Tire Rack might be able to help you there.
