changed rear diff.
do i need to reprogram my computer when i change the rear diff gearing.
installed new rear diff. with 307 gears from 282 gears, and now the trans goes into i lip mode and wont shift until i turn car off and restart, its ok for a little while and then back to lip mode and wont shift again..

Yes you must reprogram the vehicle if the ratio was changed.
It will take A SDS and a tech that can read code strings to locate the correct code string for the different ratio...We went through this on a 203 when the rear diff was swapped out for another ratio....
