I took it to a mechanic to check and he said that the A/C on my left side only cools to 16 degrees Celsius while the right side cools all the way down to 6 degrees Celsius when I put it on the Low setting. He said if I wanted to know more he'd have to charge money, so I decided to come here and see if anyone knew what the problem might be so I could hopefully perform a DIY

My "99 Wagon has that problem every few years and I just add some freon (or whatever it called now) and that corrects the problem.

 

hey man....the sensor data seems normal, you may want to run the individual flap test, could be the left side flaps are not opening all the way! i'm attaching a pdf file (with full credit to Steve Brotherton and Blake Cameron).... addressing the trouble codes should be your first step, specifically replacing the bad/faulty sensors...good luck!

 

I JUST BAUGHT A 2000 MERCEDES S500 AND 2 DAYS AFTER THE CAR DIED ON ME I WENT TO SEE IF IT WAS THE BATTERY BUT THEY JUST BAUGHTTHE BATTERY ON 03/13 FROM THE MERCEDES DELERSHIP SO THE SAID IT WAS MY ALERNATOR SO CHANGED THAT AND AGAIN MY CAR IS COMPLETEY DEAD I NEED HELP ASAP
