New command unit in 2000 E430
Questions a friend of a friend . Says he has a 2003 e500 command unit I was wondering if it's possible to put it into my 2000 e 430.

some slow@$$diesels
no...wrong shape (unless you are very skilled with wood and a jigsaw) and different electronics (and fiber optic system).

Without the DVD drive in the trunk, the W211 comand headunit is useless.
