I like how the fender flares came out. Also I like your air ride. I'm not quite sold on the look of those rims. I like your Carlsson wheels better, just my opinion. Those wheels remind me of the old school mini truck wheels. Your head lights I noticed that you added leds next to the projectors. I would like to see what they look like at night. Looks clean.

Are you just using a bag/cup combo for the suspension or is it a custom install? Would it be possible for you to get better pictures of your rear fender flares?

Messing around with wife's camera, wanted to get the flared look from the front.
I'll post the answers to previous questions next time. I have to run.

Sorry i dont mean to be re-dundant in my questioning. But were the stock fender lips "cut out" and after market or custom Flares made for your car? If after market i would be VERY interested in knowing where & how much those were .. i love them!!! Anyways thanks for the response and your ride is BAAAAAD AZZZZZ

Originally what I did was to take a mold of my cousins Audi A6 fenders made out of fiberglass. See pics, that is what they looked like when shaped and placed on the car. I actually liked how they came out.
The body guy actually talked me out of using them and told me that he can use the original fenders and flare them out. That was the route that we went with. It is more sturdy and not exposed to easy damage if hit or rubbed by the wheels in any way.

Wow .. i like those, almost looks like were meant for the car!
So now i am trying to figure out if teh existing fender lip was just "pulled" ou to extend or if they were cut/seperated fromt eh body then welded back on with a "spacer" piece of metal ? I'm just so curious as i have been trying to figure out a wide-body solution for this car and my VW for over 10yrs! Well thansk fo rbeing patient with all my questions, and if you have anymore "build" pics .. that would be cool, love to see them!
Aloha!

thankse
The actual inner fenders lips were pulled vertically to get the look of the outer fender the lines of a factory fender. I think I hAVE another thread with pics in the shop.
When flaring the rears theres only so much u can flare out. thats why the rears have a more chiseled definition to them opposed to the fronts are more rounded and blended in.
