generally speaking, yes. but without the actual specs, i'm not going to promise
anything. get stamping off the inside of the spoke and post it.
for the most part, the wheels are almost guaranteed to fit. it's the tires which
may make it not fit.
if they are OEM issued rims and tires for the 00, you shouldn't have any problems

thanks right now i have 17" chrome AMG rims that were on it when i got it but one has developed a nasty looking crack and i not gonna drive it like that so i found a set of 16" oe rims off a 2000 e320 for $150.00 with descent tires ...have'nt had much luck finding one like the one i need ........besides the low profile tires on it now are a kinda rough ride....so i think i'll go back to the 16" oe tires not as sharp looking but will ride like the luxury car it is...
