where is the negative battery cable below rear seat?
Hi all,
So I need to replace my voltage regulator, and I found a guide over at benzworld on doing so.
They mention the following:
I don't quite understand where this is and how I access it. Since it is below the rear seat, do I access it from the trunk? Does anyone have a picture or video showing its location?

Remove negative battery cable (11mm) at access door below rear seat on passenger side.

There is a small plastic cover in the right rear footwell. When removed it exposes a bolt. It is not in the bottom of the footwell but on the side just below the seat cushion. It's about 1.5" by 2.5" and is color coded to your trim. It is right next to the battery which is under the seat cushion.
If you are having trouble you can just remove the negative cable at the battery for the same purpose.
