E55 springs on E300
I'm at about 188,000 miles on my diesel and I think its time to replace my springs. The reason being is that the rear end is saggin a little lower than the front now, and an alignment, adjustable camber arms, new shocks, have not remedied this situation. The sagging isn't tremendous, but I notice it because I look at my car everyday and constantly look for things that may need to be addressed to keep it running well.
I was considering purchasing a set of E55 springs, but I don't want my car lowered. The reason I'd like the E55 springs is to get a little better performance out of the ride.
My question is can I adjust the ride height of my car enough with spring pads to get it back to regular ride height if the E55 springs are installed? I'd just like to retain regular ride height while getting the benefit of the E55 springs. Your thoughts are appreciated.
Next question. Does anyone know what spring pads are currently used on a stock W210 E300? I'd like to know what I have, and then what I should expect to have to work with.
about lowering my car by istalling Aventgard or even AMG suspention
or if repacing the spring, if it will do what i wants.
But I'm still not getting an answer, if it fit or not.
I hope you find an answer to your issue, to solve your problem
and we get an info. about it
