I recently noticed a bad rattling noise from the front of my 96 E320. Upon investigation I found the passenger side sway bar mount had failed. The nut mounted on the frame just pulled right out of the frame. There looked to be a little crack that had caused some corrosion. I welded it back together, but now I don't have much confidence in the rest of the mounts. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
