Is there a likely culprit for a coolant leak in this area?

Is there a likely culprit for a coolant leak in this area?

We noticed a small leak collecting in the pan below the radiator & fan.

I get a "check coolant level" every 3-4 weeks, but it doesn't take much at all to top it off.

Is there a part known to fail in this area?

'99 E320, 113,000 miles. I am original owner.

TIA

I suppose that makes sense

... but it also takes the fun/challenge out of solving the problem

Not if you buy your own pressure tester. I got the mityvac kit with all of the adapters for $50. Is there coolant on the lower hose?

I hope so!

Just got home from a party tonight, so the only thing I know 100% for sure, is that there is a bunch of Ethanol running through my lower hose
