Car Locks and Unlocks While Driving, Alarm Goes Off At Home

1. Car unlocks and locks while driving: About 500 miles ago, the car began to sometimes unlock and lock again while driving over bumps every now and then. That was something I could tolerate as the car is otherwise in great shape.
2. Car alarm went off for no reason and FOB doesn't work: Tonight... the car alarm went off for no reason and the FOB wouldn't work to unlock the car. So I had to run outside and open the car with the manual key.
Once inside the car, the FOB worked in the ignition to start the car and the alarm stopped going off.
I left the car unlocked overnight, and the FOB still doesn't work to lock or unlock the car.
Thoughts?

The other issue is that it rained today and my FOB key was left outside for about 5 minutes. I'm now thinking that is why the alarm went off in the middle of the night for the first time this evening or, at least why the FOB doesn't work to unlock the car. (I had to unlock the car with the hard key being put into the lock, but the FOB worked to start the car up.)
