97 E420/ couple of small issues

I just picked up this car from a doctor that owned it since new. He has every record since new. Took really good care of it. Im getting a random 0410 code which is the secondary air pump code. The air pump is working as i can hear it working. CEL only happens once every 2 weeks. Not to worried about that, Im gonna redo the lines going to and from it to see if that is ailing it. But thats not what Im concerned about.

When I start the car sometimes, it feels like its missing. Its shakes for just a moment and then completely goes away. I have yet to change the plugs but I plan on doing that tomorrow. Figure it couldnt hurt as I do not know when they were last changed. It also takes maybe 10 times of the starter turning over to start sometimes. Usually when its already warm. I figured Id come here first. Its my second MB. My first being a 98 S600 which was a nightmare (electrical gremlins). Im ot to worried about the car as it got 26 mpg on the hwy on a recent trip. I just want it to be perfect and have no minor issues. As Iv said, its been as well maintained as any car ive ever owned. It just turned 180K miles. Let me know what to look for and I will. IT has no codes at all. Other than the random code mentioned above. Thanks. And I tried to search but didnt find anything exactly like my issue so I figured Id post.

If you have all the records and you can't find where the spark plugs were replaced those are well overdue. If the car starts cold, but not warm, that is most likely due to the crankshaft position sensor, often abbreviated as CPS or KPS. A search should find several threads about them.
