HELP center console removal 01 e320

I need some help!!! In the middle of trying to remove my shift assembly. Cannot get the center console completely off. Have everything off except the rear w the air duct. Can't figure out how to get it off the rest without breaking something. pLease help ASAP.thanks

I searched YouTube for exactly tht and came up empty handed. I see threads but no pictures. I need to know how to get the back part off got everything else very easily

got it out, those screws under the carpet were what I was missing, didn't know they were there...thanks!
