Valve cover gasket leak...?

Hi y'all! Hoping someone can tell me if this is more than likely the result of a valve cover gasket leak. I've cleaned it up a bit but before it was pretty soaked in oil/dust... Just wanna make sure before I go and order parts to fix her up Thanks for any/all help!

Replace valve cover gaskets, and do spark plugs while you're in that area
