2000 E320
Slight Vibration in my Wagon
Hi, I have a 2000 E320 4matic wagon with 100K Klm (60K Miles) and it has a slight vibration when cold, seems to smooth out after awhile. I know your all thinking tires but I just put new ones on it, all way around. I will say it seems less with the new tires but that is probably because of the tire itself absorbing some of the vibration. I am not sure if it is from the road or somewhere else. Anyone have a suggestion?

Have same vibration issue 2000 E320 4Matic 200,240mi!
Had severe vibration issues and had front end (basically) rebuilt....still had that "sort-of-dull-droaning" sound and feel. Tires rebalanced and brakes "tuned up"...still have the droan, but it does go away
...and the car is riding beautifully once it runs for 10 minutes or so
! If anyone knows why that might be....??!! I am all ears

No what it is, is the motor mounts tend to not work properly when they are cold. From what you are saying it sounds like the motor mounts are not warming up immediately and once they warm up from the engine heat then they work and bam..... No vibration!!!
