Hi
My 2001 model E200 Kompressor's SRS airbag light stays on and only goes off with someone sitting on the passenger seat. What could be wrong and where can I start looking for the fault?

Out Of Control!!
Sounds like you either have a short or faulty front passenger seat occupied recognition sensor.
If you have a friend with a DAS HHT setup have him do a body scan or a quick test to look at all control modules.
