Around Front-Passanger spring/shock is starting to rust
is this a recall on this car?, or what do i need to do?"

Early W210 models had an issue with rust under the mastic coating of the front spring perch. If you have rust in that area I would have it inspected. I don't believe there was a recall. Also, there is/was a repair kit to weld in a new spring perch.

Thank you Richard, I will take it to the shop
and have them replace the part and weld it.
