AMG Monoblock 225/45/18 front & 255/40/18 rear on E320?
I'm planning to put these new tires on my E320:
AMG Monoblock wheels
225/45/18 front & 255/40/18 rear
Jimmy had suggested 225/45/18 for the front because I dont' want to lower my car. this will fill up the gap alittle bit better...
I have a 4 months old little baby girl.... and she doesn't like her ride too rough
will this work ok? has anyone done this before?
is it going to rub?
any pics?
thanks

I guess you want more comfort with those sizes. They have a little more sidewall to cushion the ride for your baby girl. Those sizes have a speedometer change of 2.6 and 2.8%. Otherwise for 18" go with:
235/40/18 front
265/35/18 rear
If comfort for your baby & ride comfort is important you should consider 17" wheels and tire sizes:
235/45/17
255/40/17
235/40/18 front
265/35/18 rear

Too late, I have already bought the 18"
My concern is I do not want to lower the car... at the same time I dont want it to look like a 4x4 :p

I have a sneaking suspicion that he may not need to roll the fenders as he's not lowering (but also depends on offset and width of the wheel).
Mark, in case you haven't noticed, we've been discussing rear speaker options for a wagon in the speaker quality thread, any good ideas.
