I bought them on ebay. They worked well for the first 6 months, but now they have an error light every time i turn on my lights. I havent been able to figure out why...maybe one of the resistors is bad. Its annoying me and Im probably just going to buy OEM E55 tails.

Updates. Got the wheels and billet centercaps on.
Brabus Monoblock VI 18x8.5 and 18x9.5
Tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sport
Centercaps are genuine brabus billet aluminum.
Did a 12x1.5 stud kit so I could use traditional lugs/locks...also makes it easier to add spacers later if I want. The look is great, defenitely what I was going for....

Update.
Worked on the car for a few hours today. Installed Koni adjustable shocks and brabus steering wheel with facelift airbag.
Right now i have the dampers on full stiff...Rides like a M3...kinda too harsh for me so ill be dialing them in for the next few weeks till i find a good setting. Thats all the parts in my closet... more parts to come soon.

New mods. K sport coil overs. Dropped it pretty low. Still very driveable.
Made a call to brabus north America and had this sent over. Brabus flat hood badge
And latest and newest mod. Brabus Burlwood/Aluminum Shiftknob
The burlwood matches perfect...lovin it.
More to come. Next...install the BBK I have under my bed lol

That setup will ride like a dream. Are you getting the Koni yellows? I ran #1 pads front and back on that setup before, but I have a big sub in the trunk so the rear sat almost an inch lower than the front. I would recommend if you have sounds to run #1 front and #3 or #4 rear pads.

Was ride height ever an issue with your setup?
One more thing, did you have a shop set it all up or did you do the work yourself? I'm looking at buying a spring compressor or renting one so just checking out my options.

Yea, I got the Koni yellows just like you have in he above photo. I don't have much stuff in the trunk but do load up while I travel so I was thinking of doing 2 or 3 all around...we shall see how it looks.

I had a shop do it all the first time because I was a benz noob. I do most of my work myself now, but I don't have a spring compressor...for how much the shops charge out here, I am going to purchase a spring compressor if I ever take these ksport sleeves out.

Awesome buy! If you don't have an uneven load, I recommend #1 front and #2 rear. It will make the gap even. I had zero problems at that height. I could enter driveways with no problem, speedbumps straight, etc. Even with my brabus kit, it didn't scrape.

With the lowering, was camber ever an issue and rubbing?
I wish the KLANN spring compressor was cheaper :/ so much money and I don't like the idea of using a knock off BUT they're so much cheaper.
Since I'm still a bit confused on how the ksport coilover looks, can you take a few pics and post them up to see what they did. I'm guessing they just put the spring on the shock and combined that all together and then the spring perches aren't used? Or other way around...in other words, I'm confused.
How are the PSS tires as well? They cost quite a bit so i'm been looking at sport comp-2's instead.
Sorry for the questions hah you have a nice setup and I'm learning as I go as well.

Sounds good! Their are a few spots where I can see myself getting in trouble but there are ways around it. I'll get #1 and #2 as you said.

-I don't have any pics of the ksport setup, but I am going to test fit my BBK this weekend and I will take a few pics then. Basically a spring and adjustment sleeve replaces the springs. the PSS tires are the best all around tire I have ever used. wet and dry grip is amazing. Here in Hawaii we get a lot of heavy rain in the wet season and these tires have never let go on me...even with hard acceleration, cornering, and my current 4 inch drop lol. They are pricey, but less expensive then my former favorite, the pilot sport two. If you opt for PSS and eibach/koni...be prepared because your car will be transformed to a real sporty beast.
