I went to one indy to fix a humming noise in my car, he claimed it was the fuel pump, and he showed me how it was vibrating. That pump was under the rear seat, driver side. Charge was $1025. Then I went to another indy and he said it was the fuel pump, but he jacked the car up and showed me the fuel pump and filter underneath the car. Cost was $550 for pump and filter. Who was right, and how many fuel pumps does my car have??? Thnaaks for your help

Second indy was right (first are a steal) Just one fuel pump, underneath, driverside rear, i see this pums in 180-220 + 75 filter + labor

Fabio, thanks for the fast reply. I thought that first indy was a not honest mech when he tried to charge 8.6 hrs for the work. The second one only charges 1.6 hrs.
