Is it possible to get to the seat belt warning chime reasonably easily? It will slowly drive a crazy mansane. I want to fill it with epoxy so the volume goes way down but I won't get a trouble light.

Well you have two choices, the chime is produced by a piezo electric effect loudspeaker wired into you IC, therefore you can pull your IC and screw around on the weekend trying to find the piece and then disabling the device and in the process ruin your $1200 IC.

Option two disconnect the two seat belt connectors located under their respective seat. Choose wisely!!
