Fender Removal!

2001 e320, 97 Mercury Grand Marquis....lot's of mods and bad on gas.
Fender Removal!
Hello...New here and proud new owner of a 2001 e320 sedan.
So far I love it but do need to replace both front fenders due to rust.
An auto body place told me that the headlight assemblies and front bumper need to be removed in order to do the fenders.
Was wondering if a) this is correct, and b) if anyone has any suggestions and/or tips.
I have done a search here and elsewhere and found bumper removal instructions but nothing on the whole job.
Looks pretty straightforward or no??

Hey thanks... I actually did fins this yesterday morning... They've got headlamp and bumper removal on there as well.
