1999 W210 CDI Sedan Facelift
Parktronic (PTS) Diagnoses
Hi!
I have recently bought W210 1999 CDI Sedan (Facelift). Since the day I bought it Parktronic was not working.
I took it to the dealer and he said that there is nothing appearing. We have to check/replace all parts one by one, starting from Parktronic main computer box.
Current Symptoms:
When I switch on the car, I hear a beep of 2-3 seconds along with the lights (only red lights) on the front and rear displays. After 2-3 seconds beep and lights get off.
One thing I would like to add here is that there is no light indication on middle console PARKING switch (in all conditions).
Can anyone help me here before going for expensive solution from the dealer?
Does anyone have the European Model Electric Wiring Diagram?
