Hello guys, iv looked around for a while but thought id post here i find all thnfo very useful!


my question if some one can help me

iv own a W210 E250d 97, and one of the door speakers (Driver side) has blown

looking at replacement speakers i came across the mention of bose a few times (at least one of mine is a nokia speaker (only door panel iv removed)

now iv been unable to find replacement w210 bose, (was this a rare addon?) but i have noticed the price of some of the newer E class mercs speakers are quite reasonable. are they a direct swap?

iv also looked at aftermarkets but iv not really had much luck, i live in the UK if theres any suggestions at all.

and my final question iv also read about the amps, im not sure where mine is any suggestions? was there only the bose amp supplied or different models?


for radio im using a pioneer CD,iphone,aux and FM system which sounds nice, but i would like to upgrade the speakers as much as i can (keeping financially viable)
