Cheap good place for new keys for 97 E300D in US

Hi All,
I need a new complete key-transponder setup for my '97 E300D. This is the infra red single button.
Anybody found a sensibly priced way to do this ?

shop around at the online dealer sites. I got the new chrome style key a while back for about $80 dont remember from where.

the one I bought online came already programmed, I had to give them my vin and proof of ownership.
