questions about selling my 98' e320?

I'm seriously debating on getting rid of my 98' e320. So that being said I'm curious what you guys being enthusiasts n all think it's worth? Either as a parts car OR a repairable/ mechanics special. Here's what I know... it has been in 3 accidents, I'm the 9th! Yes 9th owner, the splash pans under the front end are missing as well as the inner wheel well plastics on f/r. It'll need paint, prob shocks, the sunroof and drivers side window don't work, it needs a fog light w/lens cover and f/r corner marker. it also is showing an engine code for I believe mass air flow sensor and oxygen sensor. From my research I found that this is because of a vacuum leak and upon inspection I found a vacuum line that has pulled off from where it belongs but I have no clue where that is to put it back on? Other than that the interior is black and pretty nice the car has 201,000 miles on it. And 1 minor electricAl hiccup every now and then? It'll do stupid things like the windows won't work or my trunk button won't open the trunk or the seats won't work? I have no clue what that is but the only way I've been able to fix it is by disconnecting the battery for a minute or two and then reconnecting it and then everything works fine? Here's a picture of it if you guys would like more pictures of it just let me know but what do you think it's honestly worth any clue?

oh no parting it out is no big deal. I've done a dozen BMW's already, however right now this is my daily driver (110 mi a day). I do already have another car lined up that I'd like to buyas well. So that being said I can't sit on parts and I'd have to just sell it whole as is. I'd take 2k for it right now though.

I have a mint 98 E320 with 80k, not selling but would be happy with $6k. With mileage and needed work take what you can get. You may get more money for parts than selling whole

What he said. If you dont really need the money from the sale you can make a lot more $$ parting it out.
